Application Information
- Contact Information (name, mailing address, phone number and email)
- New Mexico Business Tax Identification Number (NMBTIN)
- Artist Statement
- Type of Work (Functional Pottery, Sculpture, Decorative, Mixed, etc)
- Primary Technique or Method (Wheel Thrown, Hand Built, Slip Cast, etc)
- Most recent year you participated, if you are a returning Contemporary Clay Fair artist

$30 non-refundable application fee is required
